Brand & E-Commerce Manager (Full or Part-Time / Flexible)

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and ambitious go-getter to oversee our Shopify website, online marketing, and customer experience. This is more than just keeping things running — we want someone who will take our online presence to the next level and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and update our Shopify site (new products, pages, promotions).
• Create and send marketing emails & WhatsApp updates.
• Coordinate product photoshoots and upload images.
• Keep content accurate and up to date across the website and support channels.
• Innovate and explore new opportunities in SEO, PPC, and online growth.
• Make sure our customer communications are clear and consistent (phone messages, Gorgias macros, etc.).

What we’re looking for:

• An ambitious self-starter who loves figuring things out and driving results.
• Comfortable with Canva, AI tools, and basic image editing.
• Strong writing/communication skills.
• Organized and reliable, with an eye for detail.
• E-commerce, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus.
