How exactly does the twelfth shirt work?
Every shirt your plan ships counts toward twelve. When the twelfth shirt goes into a shipment, it bills at zero — no code to enter, nothing to claim. On the half-year plan that lands in your second shipment; on the quarterly plan, your third.
Do I choose the shirts, or do you?
You do. Before each shipment, you can choose any dress shirt in the line — twill, pinpoint, oxford or dobby, in your collar, cuff and fit. Don't feel like choosing? Leave it, and we'll send your saved default.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes, you can, in the online subscription portal. Skip a single drop, pause the whole plan for up to six months, or cancel outright.
