A.I. Stone Return & Exchange Policy

 

At A.I. Stone, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth and straightforward return process.

 

Standard Return Guidelines:

  • Within 90 Days of Purchase: We offer a full money-back return on non-sale shirts that are unworn and still in their original packaging. Opened shirts that are unworn and have their original tags attached may be exchanged. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Beyond 90 Days of Purchase: We offer exchanges for any unopened products in their original packaging, provided they are also in their original resalable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or tailored cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
  • Return Shipping: We do not provide return shipping labels.

  • Items can be returned either in person at any A.I. Stone store location or by mail.

  • When returning an item, ensure that your receipt with your name and order information is included in the package. Returns without identification will be retained without a refund.

Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive them, and may take longer during peak seasons. We do not take any responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.
